Submission for The Very Serious Juniper Dev Game Jam

The Highest Wager is a visual novel (with some gameplay elements) about six people taking part in a psychological study centered around gambling and trust. The story is supported by the two main gameplay elements, choice and chance. How you choose to gamble your money, and who you choose to talk to both affect the state of the game. Other characters will make decisions on their own, using their knowledge current world state, to further their goals.
